A delightful canal front home centrally located within a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Atlantic Ocean, The Beach Club, Golf Courses and the Cabana Club. This striking open floor plan home has its own dock, a great place to sit and relax, fish, or crab! Two completely screened in porches entirely furnished to appreciate the sunset and canal with your adored ones. This home has four bedrooms and three baths and sleeps 11 people comfortably.
Two bedrooms are on the first floor and two are on the second floor. The first-floor bedrooms have a king bed in the primary and a queen in the guest. Primary has an en suite bathroom. Hallway full bathroom with tub on the first floor. Upstairs, the kids' room has a twin and a queen, and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 queens. One full bathroom is located upstairs and has a tub. Wood floor on the first floor was refinished in 2025 providing a new, clean ambiance to the home.
Featuring an open floor plan, this home is an ideal vacation rental. Plenty of seating indoors and on the screened in porch...ahhh, what a great place to savor your morning coffee or evening drink. This home is elegantly decorated and in an ideal location. The primary bedroom leads out to its own screened porch. Off the living room is another screened porch with plenty of seating and a mounted TV. There are seven TVs in this home, the TV in the living room has Hargray Cable and the rest are for streaming only. High speed 600mbps WIFI throughout the home. The driveway has plenty of room for parking and also a spot to park in the middle garage. The huge deck connects around the home and has a propane grille and a great view of the canal.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other striking wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
