A handsome canal front home centrally located within a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Atlantic Ocean, The Beach Club, Golf Courses and the Cabana Club. This handsome open floor plan home has its own dock, a great place to sit and relax, fish, or crab! Two entirely screened in porches completely furnished to savor the sunset and canal with your adored ones. This home has four bedrooms and three baths, and sleeps 11 people comfortably.

Features include one king, four queens and one twin bed. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and two are on the second. Featuring an open floor plan, this home is an ideal vacation rental. Plenty of seating indoors and on the screened in porch...ahhh, what a great place to appreciate your morning coffee or evening drink. This home is elegantly decorated and in an ideal location. The master bedroom leads out to its own screened porch. Off the living room is another screened porch with plenty of seating and a mounted TV. There are seven TVs in this home, four have cable and three are for streaming only. The driveway has plenty of room for parking and also a spot to park in the middle garage. The huge deck connects around the home and has a propane grille and a great view of the canal.

Step out onto the deck to take in the beauty of the canal or walk out to your private dock in the backyard to fish or just relax and take in the beauty of Fripp Island!

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your weekly rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other marvelous wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.
