Everyone will sleep well on our comfortable beds and soft linens! Each of the six cavernous bedrooms has its own ensuite bath accepting for privacy and comfort. The layout is ideal for multiple generations, families traveling together, or groups of adults appreciating a hideaway.

Ideally located just north of center-island, you are a 2 min. walk from the central Beach Club to use (with amenities cards) the adult pool and Sand Bar beach bar, the huge family pool, excercise facilities, the Beach Club restaurant, and the pizza and ice cream food trucks (seasonally). You are a short golf cart ride on your six seater golf cart (included with the home) to all the other many conveniences including dining, world-class fishing, tennis, pickleball, and two spectacular golf courses.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. (Club luxury cards needed for guests 13 years and older. Kids under 13 do not require a card.)

The driveway will accomodate a max. of 6 cars but parking is NOT allowed on the road.

The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment.
