What makes 718 Winter Trout the ideal place for your vacation?
This gorgeous 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath DIRECT oceanfront home was designed and constructed with your family and friends in mind!  There's plenty of room....to be exact, there's 3735 square feet of living space, 680 square feet of porches and 710 square feet of deck to comfortably home 18 guests.  The uppermost level has 2 bedrooms (each with a king sized bed and private bath) with doors that open to the full deck and porches overlooking the ocean.  There's also a huge kitchen (with TWO fridges), dining room, open living room, and a powder room. There is plenty of seating for huge groups! There is also a gas grille available for guests to use.
 The downstairs main level has three additional king bedrooms - each with their own full bath.  There is an additional bedroom on this level with has 3 sets of marvelous bunk beds (this bedroom also has its own full bath). The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.  All four of the bedrooms on this level open up to a sizable living room / game room with enormous sectional couch/TV, wet bar with microwave and ice maker, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, and a classic Pac Man arcade game.  There is plenty here for hours of enjoyment when not at the beach!  This level also opens up to a sizable deck and porches overlooking the ocean.
 The Boardwalk is ideal for large groups or multiple families.

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is on the beach. Penn Center and Parris Island Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Coastal Discovery Museum. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Hilton Head Zipline are also worth visiting.
