Open Living Designed for Sizable Families and Entertaining: The main level features an open floor plan with wood floors throughout and generous gathering space that accepts everybody to be together without feeling busy. The well-supplied kitchen is ideal to savor family throughout the sizable open floor plan living space. The long bar area is ideal for serving and entertaining. A separate ice maker and mini refrigerator in the bar add convenience, while a second full refrigerator in the garage provides additional storage for huge groups and extended stays.
Six Bedrooms — All With Private Baths: Each of the six bedrooms includes its own attached full bathroom and intelligent TV with streaming capability.

Pet Policy: Family Animals are welcome with prior approval. A signed pet agreement and non-returnable pet fee ($150 first pet / $75 second pet) are required. An additional $300 charge applies for unapproved family pets.
Resort Access: Amenity cards are available for purchase and are required for access to Fripp Island’s pools, tennis courts, eateries, and two championship golf courses.
