The heart of the home is the broad open-concept living area, where floor-to-ceiling ocean vistas create the ideal backdrop for gathering together. Unwind around the fireplace, watch your favorite shows on the upsized wall-mounted TV, or appreciate meals at the formal dining table with seating for 14.



The chef's kitchen is entirely equipped to prepare everything from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Highlights include an upsized Gallery refrigerator, six-burner gas range, double ovens, refrigerator drawers, a wet bar with wine refrigerator and ice maker, and generous prep space.
