In addition to a huge open kitchen, Sunny Side provides 2 dishwashers, 2.5 fridges, and three ice makers to provide tremendous ease of use and comfort for everybody. The media room includes a pool table along with a sleeper couch as well as oceanfront vistas that will take your breath away! And, as an added additional, there are two screen rooms with oceanfront vistas - 1 with a table and chairs and the 2nd with a hot tub. What better way to spend your vacation than by having the beach right in your backyard, watching the sunrise each morning? Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
