Our Ocean Front home is One of a kind on Fripp Island. Located on Porpoise Drive, we sit right on the rocks with the Atlantic Ocean as your backyard. Be mesmerized as you watch the waves rocks and breathe in the clean salt air!

When you rent our home, we include a beautiful, lifted limousine golf cart with seat belts, paddle boards and vests, kayaks, electric bicycles, regular bicycles, ping-pong table, body boards, beach chairs, beach towels, yoga mats, tennis & pickleball supplies, a fire table on the back porch and a fire pit out in the yard. We want to make sure you are well supplied for tons of fun!

All new beds, luxury linen upgrades, all new kitchen tools, mini appliances added and many spices & oils for your cooking needs.

Coastal decor, rugs, living room furnishings! We added curtains throughout the home for added comfort.

This roomy property has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. With close proximity to all of Fripp Islands best attractions and activities, this is an ideal getaway for beach-goers and golfers alike. Best vistas on the island and one of the most impressive homes, dolphins within reach and fishing off your deck. The home is gorgeously furnished in every room.

Fripp Island Club Guest cards give guests access to all Fripp Island Club Resort amenities. These include:

Two 18-hole golf courses (named as a "100 Best Golf Resorts in North America" by Links Magazine).

Ten-court Racquet club complex with year-round Tennis and Pickleball on eight soft Fast-Dry courts and two hard surface courts.

A variety of on-island stores and eateries, including the trendy Food Court.

***The Fripp Island Club requires luxury cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the eateries on Fripp, going to their swimming pools and the exercise room.
The luxury card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $39 during the summer months and $28 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenities card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $55 during the summer months and $39 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the luxury cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of luxury card purchase.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an conveniences card to access the Club's facilities.

There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an luxury card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a enormous menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. You do not need an conveniences card for golf cart, kayak, bicycle, etc. units as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.
