Silver Lining is centrally located near the Beach Club just a short walk or ride in the supplied 6 seat electric golf cart to Resort pools, tennis and the Sandbar.  This huge home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with plenty of room for up to 12 guests.
The upper level living area is cavernous and opens onto the deck, the ideal spot to relax and savor a morning cup of coffee.  The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for the ideal “at home” meals.  The dining area provides a place for sit-down meals while the island seating is ideal for a fast snack or morning bite.
The primary bedroom is a king ensuite with ocean vistas.  Along with the primary bedroom, the upper level sleeps 6 additional people in a queen guest room and a bunk room that share a bathroom. The bunk room contains a twin bed as well as a twin over full bunk.
On the lower level, there is an additional living area with a wet bar/coffee area as well as a 2nd dining area, a walk out to the lower patio as well as 2 additional guest rooms. The bedrooms on this level consist of a king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds that all share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This property is well-suited for families traveling together or multi-generational getaways. 
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED - Only dogs, no cats.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
