**Our home suffered a severe fire at the beginning of the year and is currently being rebuilt. The floor plan will be mostly the same with some modest changes. Our Carolina room will be transformed into a screened in porch with a TV. Our kitchen will be more open and it will include a constructed in coffee bar. This peaceful, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath lake view home is the ideal hideaway ideal for a single family or various smaller groups. It is walking distance from the Deer Lake Community Pool and just a golf cart ride away from the most calming beach around. This home is located within the private neighborhood of Deer Lake. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Savor your meals at the dining table which overlooks the lake. The enormous back deck sits right by the lake and is the ideal spot for peaceful mornings. After a long day at the beach, relax in the hot tub over looking the lake! The hot tub is professionaly serviced after each guest. Sibumi Shade available to rent for $45/week or $7/day

PET FRIENDLY!  FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $25 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Fripp Club Amenity cards are available for purchase with this rental and offer access to club pools, eateries, tennis courts and golf courses. Eash guest 13 years of age and older must have a club card in order to access the Club's facilities. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort conveniences.
Club Card Pricing:Memorial Day-Labor Day:  1-4 day cards= $39/card and 5-8 day cards= $55/cardFall, Winter & Spring: 1-4 day cards= $28/card and 5-8 day cards = $39/cardAdults and kids 13 and up need cards to access the amenities

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
