Located privately on the relaxing Marshland in the heart of Fripp Island, Live Oak Cottage is a striking southern home, offering simple access to everything Fripp Island has to offer.

This property has spectacular vistas of the marsh; a full width screened porch is the ideal place to see nature and savor gorgeous sunsets.  Another treasure on this property is the grandiose 100-year-old Live Oak tree seen prominently in the front yard.

Located just off Bonito Drive, it offers painless and fast access to the beach, the Marina, Ocean Creek Golf Course, the Beach Club, the Cabana Club, the Racquet Club and more. This enchanting Lowcountry secluded hideaway has everything you need to relax after a day of exploring.

A enormous, comfortable living room has plenty of seating and a comfortable fireplace.  Ideal for movie nights or spending time with family.  The well-appointed eat-in kitchen has everything you need to prepare quick snacks and “at-home” meals.  A separate dining room offers additional seating for family dinner nights.  A dining table on the screened porch provides for alfresco dining.  There is a half-bath on the main level as well.

A main-level primary features a queen bed and opens to the screened porch.  A full, ensuite bath makes for the ideal, calming getaway.

Upstairs brings phenomenal vistas of the marshland and 2 more cavernous bedrooms plus a additional room.  Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a queen-sized bed plus a single bed. The additional room has a huge flat-screen TV and a cozy daybed that quickly turns into a king-sized double bed made up of two twin xl's.

A 6-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units).  Head out and discover all that Fripp has to offer, from dining to tennis, golf and great activities.  Tootling around the island is the best way to see all the magnificant nature and wildlife on the coast.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
