You will find the marina, golf course, and Bonito Boathouse restaurant in the other direction. Fishing from the bridge is a very trendy activity steps from the home. The main floor features a extravagant king bedroom with an ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk—both sharing a full hall bath. A comfortable additional room upstairs offers a twin bed with a twin trundle—ideal for peaceful calming or accommodating additional guests. All bedrooms come with sizable-screen intelligent TVs.

The open-concept living and dining area is designed for gathering and entertaining. It has seating for eight and a bright, welcoming ambiance. Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
