A highly desired beach access is just a 5-min. walk (or under 2 mins. by golf cart), ideal for peaceful morning strolls along the shoreline. The Beach Club area—featuring tennis, pickleball, year-round pools, shopping, ice cream, and casual bites—is also close by. Head the other direction to reach the marina, golf courses, and the Bonito Boathouse restaurant. Winter fishing off the close by bridge is a favorite pastime.

Inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting layout ideal for longer stays. The main floor features a opulent king suite with an ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with a queen plus twin-over-twin bunk—share a full hall bath. A comfortable additional room with a twin and trundle provides a peaceful corner for reading, calming, or accommodating additional guests. All bedrooms feature enormous intelligent TVs for cozy winter nights in.

The open-concept living and dining area is designed for gathering and unwinding, with seating for eight and plenty of natural light. A completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes cooking at home simple and enchanting. A full laundry room adds convenience for month-long or seasonal stays.
