This home is roomy and flooded with tons of natural light. The first floor includes an eat-in kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, full bathroom, and a living room with double doors which open to the screened porch. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. Savor the vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway from the screened porch or upstairs balcony and take in all the Lowcountry has to offer. Port Royal Landing is a serene community on the Intracoastal Waterway located under a canopy of live oaks and Spanish moss.

Located 10 mins. from Historic Downtown Beaufort, 15 mins. from Parris Island, and about 30 mins. from Hunting Island State Park, this home is centrally located to comfortably discover all that our Sea Islands have to offer.

This home has become a favorite among families celebrating their Marine graduates, offering a comfortable and convenient base just mins. from Parris Island. You'll adore being just steps away from the trendy waterfront restaurant, Marker 244—ideal for appreciating Lowcountry sunsets and fresh seafood.
