Welcome to “The Coastal Coop”!  Located in the peaceful neighborhood of Sawgrass Bluffs, this gorgeous Lowcountry home offers the ideal setting for an island hideaway.  Unwind and appreciate yourself in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with room for up to 10 guests.  Hop in the included 4 seater golf cart to savor the private, community pool and the close by crabbing dock on the striking salt marsh. 
The primary bedroom, located on the main level, has a king bed and a full ensuite.  Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a shared bathroom with a freshly refreshed walk-in shower.  A hallway bunk, on the main floor, provides sleeping for 2 more (modest) guests.
 
The living room, with a casual coastal design has plenty of room for family movie nighttime or calming after a day at the beach.  The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, fostering the opportunity for adored ones to gather around the dining table and build enduring memories.
 
Fripp has over 3 miles of beaches a short cart ride away, and great walking trails through the maritime forest and marsh.  The wildlife on Fripp is really extraordinary with hundreds of bird species, whitetail deer and loggerhead turtles, there is magic at every turn.
 
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
 
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Updated home throughout with designer finishings and highend furnishings. Screened in back patio with seating and a swing. Front yard has kids swing, hammock and 6 chairs around a soho fire pit. Gas grille available off of back deck. Sawgrass, our neighborhood, has its own private pool for owners and guests. Next to the pool is the treehouse playground. Also supplied in this neighborhood is its own private crabbing dock.


Family Animals - not allowed


If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
