We keep our prices simple, and they include wi-fi, linens, resort access with 2 luxury cards, a golf cart, and cleaning at checkout.

If needed - You can get up to 2 additional cards - $55/card Memorial to Labor Day or $39/card outside those dates.

The resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and eateries.

Questions? We've been here 25 years now so can answer a few! Ask.

If you don't need any cards, then let us know and we can provide an refreshed quote with substantial savings. Most people do purchase luxury cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and eateries. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are multiple good eateries close by off-island.

Our rates are based on weekly or 5-nighttime stays. Outside of the main season, Memorial to Labor Day, we are open to other options. If the dates you are considering show as available, then ask and we can see what we can do to accommodate you.

We can consider one pet with a non-returnable pet fee of $250.

Be sure and view our photos to see just what you are getting with your reservation. Checkout our reviews to get an idea of what to expect as experienced by previous guests. We strive to keep things in good working order and clean. This is our 25th year of making 165 Beach Club Villa available for a great Fripp Island experience. Any questions?

Strategies for getting the perfect vacation home experience:

When to reserve a Beaufort, SC rental & When to go:

  • To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Beaufort, SC area visitor guide magazines which include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Finding the best vacation home in Fripp Island:

  • Select your vacation week and budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the configuration your group requires. Please view description and reviews. We keep it simple. Come enjoy Fripp soon! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available on booking websites. If not, email or call the property manager before you book the home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly rental. Ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Note that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Save the instructions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
  • To make certain no damages are attributed to your family's stay, record any problem areas during arrival. Get in touch with the host immediately to report your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
