We can provide quotes without resort access or luxury cards.

Most people do purchase amenities cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort conveniences such as pools, eateries, and activities. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are numerous good eateries close by off island. We provide info for local dining and sightseeing. If you opt to go without cards and change your mind while visiting, you can still get them.

We can consider one pet with a non-returnable $200 pet fee.

Description

Fripp Island is a private, gated community. Fripp Island Resort owns and manages all amenities.

Unit is centrally located and on the second floor. 3 flights of 8 steps.

Amazing canal and marsh vistas. Screened porch with ceiling fan. Private dock for fishing, crabbing, or just calming.

Painless 3 - 4-min. walk over to Fripp's excellent 3+ miles of beach. Nearest beach access is #16 or the main access through the Beach Club.

Next door are the resort pickleball and tennis courts.

Across the street is the Beach Club - the center of Fripp Island activity. Food options include restaurant, food court, and food trucks. Oceanfront adult pool and Sandbar for drinks. Olympic pool with wading pool. Shopping. Arcade. Exercise center. Scheduled events throughout the year.

Our latest upgrades are a new plush king bed in the main bedroom. Major updates were finished in the spring of 2025 - paint and LVP floor throughout, kitchen cabinets with quartz and wood counter tops, appliances - including washer and dryer, seating and TV in the main living area, seating on rear porch including 2 comfortable rockers, and refreshed bathrooms.

The main living area provides great marsh and canal vistas, comfortable seating, and a new 50" TV. Appreciate a good assortment of programming and if you like you can stream your music and entertainment. Just off the main living area is the screened porch area which is a great place to pass some time. You can watch the tides change and view the wildlife that comes and goes.

The main bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom features queen bed and access to hall bathroom. TV in each bedroom as well as access to nearly unlimited music choices. There are some nice options available, or you can just sit back, relax, and do nothing at all – your choice. An ultra-peaceful and efficient heating/cooling system. 68 degrees is the coolest setting available. There is a good selection of dining and drinkware and a great assortment of pans and silverware.
