The Habersham Park has an exercise trail, 3 clay tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, bocce ball court, and a community garden. The neighborhood amenities include a community pool, boat ramp and picnic pavilion and dock. Also, there are numerous catch and release ponds in the community. The old plantation live oaks layered in Spanish moss make for a phenomenal place to walk or exercise.
Habersham hosts numerous trendy events such as Southern Living's Bottles and Barrels event in May, its own firework display on 4th of July, and the fashionable Harvest Festival in the fall.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Located by the sea, this villa is in Habersham, a neighborhood in Beaufort. Ocean Creek and Port Royal Sound Foundation - Maritime Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Bay Street and Port Royal Farmers Market.
