The Habersham Park has an exercise trail, 3 clay tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, bocce ball court, and a community garden. The neighborhood amenities include a community pool, boat ramp and picnic pavilion and dock. Also, there are numerous catch and release ponds in the community. The old plantation live oaks layered in Spanish moss make for a amazing place to walk or exercise.
Habersham hosts numerous fashionable events such as Southern Living's Bottles and Barrels event in May, its own firework display on 4th of July, and the trendy Harvest Festival in the fall.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
About the Area
Located by the sea, this villa is in Habersham, a neighborhood in Beaufort. Highway 21 Drive-In Theater and USCB Center for the Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Creek and Port Royal Sound Foundation - Maritime Center. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
