The Habersham Park has an exercise trail, 3 clay tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, bocce ball court, and a community garden. The neighborhood amenities include a community pool, boat ramp and picnic pavilion and dock. Also, there are numerous catch and release ponds in the community. The old plantation live oaks layered in Spanish moss make for a marvelous place to walk or exercise.
Habersham hosts multiple trendy events such as Southern Living's Bottles and Barrels event in May, its own firework display on 4th of July, and the fashionable Harvest Festival in the fall.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Located by the sea, this villa is in Habersham, a neighborhood in Beaufort. USCB Center for the Arts and Sea Wolf Charters are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Bay Street and Port Royal Farmers Market. Motor boating offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
