The Dock

Please note that at low tide, the water depth drops to roughly 1 foot, which may limit dock use for about two hours before and two hours after low tide. Dock use is at your own risk.

-Diving and jumping from the dock is stringently prohibited.
-The dock may become slippery due to water, algae, weather, or tides. Please use extreme caution.
-Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their event.
-The property owner and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, or loss/damage of personal property while using the dock or waterfront area.
-Use during inclement weather, high winds, lightning, or strong tides is strongly discouraged.
-Do not alter, tie off improperly, move equipment, or tamper with any dock components.

If you notice any safety concerns or damage to the dock, please notify us immediately and discontinue use until addressed.
