The Space:

758 Marlin Drive is a five-bedroom, three-bath home located on the north end of Fripp Island. With two kitchens, two living areas, a sizable wraparound porch, and plenty of sleeping space, the home is a good option for bigger families or multiple families traveling together. Beach Access #4 is directly across the street, providing convenient access to the beach.



The home is arranged across two levels, with living spaces and bedrooms on each floor. This setup gives bigger groups the ability to spread out while still having plenty of shared space.



Upstairs, the main living area includes comfortable seating and a TV and connects to the full kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at the home, with plenty of counter and cabinet space. From this level, guests can also access the enormous wraparound porch and appreciate partial ocean vistas.



The upstairs sleeping arrangements include a queen bedroom with access to a hall bathroom. There is also a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. An additional huge bedroom includes a king-size bed and two twin beds along with its own private bathroom and an adjoining sitting area.



Downstairs provides a second living area and another full kitchen, giving groups additional space for meals, snacks, or spending time separately. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level—one with a full-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom.



The outdoor areas give guests multiple places to spend time outside. In addition to the wraparound porch, there is a downstairs outdoor seating area and a backyard overlooking the golf course. A grille is also available for guest use.



One of the home's biggest amenities is its location directly across from Beach Access #4. Guests can comfortably walk back and forth between the home and the beach without needing to take the golf cart or drive.



A four-seat golf cart is supplied with the rental and provides an painless way to discover Fripp Island and get to the pools, eateries, marina, golf courses, and other Resort areas. High-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the home.



Up to 12 Fripp Island Resort guest cards are supplied with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort conveniences, including pools, eateries and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the exercise center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Additional groceries and supplies can be purchased at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located roughly 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, eateries, walking and cycling paths, and equipment units.



Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds.
