This handsome five-bedroom, three-bath home is located in the heart of Fripp Island. It is a third-row location to the beach but only steps away from the beach access. This accepts you to conveniently move the whole family from the home to the beach in mins.. With a completely equipped kitchen, gas grille, and five parking spaces, this home is the ideal spot for your next stay on Fripp.

Your rental includes a four-seat golf cart (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural breathtaking beauty and an superb way to visit our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Supplied:
Up to 16 guest cards, worth up to $800, are also included in your rental. These cards are required to access all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, a exercise center, and more. Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach.
