Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary suite, two queen bedrooms upstairs, and a bunk room with five twin beds—great for kids and flexible for adults, too. The 5th bedroom also doubles as a game room and includes a queen sleeper couch.

The home also features three full bathrooms, thoughtfully supplied for an painless stay. You’ll find makeup towels, a hair dryer, and a hair straightener in each. The primary ensuite includes a bidet. Upstairs, the second full bath has dual sinks, with one sink located outside the toilet and shower area so multiple guests can get ready at once. A third full bathroom is located downstairs off the main living space. All bathrooms include plush towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kitchen + Dining area:
Bright, refreshed kitchen with white cabinets, spacious quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances, plus a pass-through breakfast bar with seating for three—ideal for coffee, fast meals, and simple entertaining. Just steps away, the sunlit dining area features a huge table with plenty of seating for the group, ideal for shared meals, games, or planning your Beaufort adventures.

This home features a bright, open lounge area with a sizable sectional, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and big windows that fill the space with natural light. The open layout flows comfortably into the dining area and breakfast bar, making it ideal for gathering. Just off the main space, the game room includes a pool table, three classic arcade games, and a comfortable queen sleeper couch for additional calming or sleeping.

Outdoor space:
Appreciate spacious front, side, and backyard areas under mature Lowcountry trees, with a private fenced backyard getaway featuring Adirondack seating around a fire pit on a gravel patio, a propane grille for easy cookouts, and games like cornhole, outdoor ping pong, ladder toss, and Hook 21. Guest access
As a guest, you can appreciate full access to the entire home. This includes access to the five bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, game room, laundry machines, fully fenced backyard, wifi, full kitchen, and more.

We have complimentary parking for up to four cars in our driveway and additional curbside parking is available in front of the home on the street. Please do not park on the grass.
