The Space:

On the first floor, you'll find four bedrooms and a separate living room, all with access to the broad front deck. Adjacent to the 2nd living area, you'll find a drink bar along with an additional table, accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and direct deck access, followed by a room with two twin beds. A full hall bathroom with a shower-tub. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with bunk beds (full on the bottom, twin on top) and an additional twin, also with front deck access, and another with a queen bed. Another hall bathroom with a shower-tub completes this level.



Upstairs, on the second floor, is the primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom also grants access to a private deck. The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity sink.



The kitchen is entirely refreshed with sleek stainless steel appliances and features an island with additional seating. The kitchen opens onto a deck with an outdoor table. With its open upstairs floor plan, this home creates an inviting space for family and friends to gather. From the kitchen, you'll step into an expansive open floor plan.
