Welcome to 620 Dolphin Road, mere moments away from the closest beach access! This unique inverted floor plan is tailor-made for your family's comfort. Spread across two levels, this home features two distinct living areas.

On the first floor, you'll find four bedrooms and a separate living room, all with access to the broad front deck. Adjacent to the 2nd living area, you'll find a drink bar along with an additional table, accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and direct deck access, followed by a room with two twin beds. A full hall bathroom with a shower-tub. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with bunk beds (full on the bottom, twin on top) and an additional twin, also with front deck access, and another with a queen bed. Another hall bathroom with a shower-tub completes this level.

Upstairs on the second floor is the master bedroom, offering a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also grants access to a private deck. The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity sink.

The kitchen is completely refreshed with sleek stainless steel appliances, showcasing an island with additional seating. The kitchen opens onto a deck with an outdoor table. With its open floor plan upstairs, this home creates an inviting space for gatherings with family and friends. From the kitchen, you'll step into an expansive open floor plan.
