The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bath for ultimate comfort and privacy. A second bedroom, also with a king bed, has convenient access to the hall bath—ideal for guests or family. A queen sleeper couch in the living room provides additional sleeping options.

Step out onto the screened porch to appreciate your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the serene natural surroundings. Whether you're watching coastal birds glide over the marsh or appreciating the relaxing sounds of the tide, this space is designed for total relaxation.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
