After you park on the handsome, enormous paver driveway you will step inside and be greeted by an open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Sunlight streams in through the windows, casting a warm glow on the wood floors and granite countertops, creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation and entertainment. The living area features two plush leather couches and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable getaway for unwinding after a day of island exploration.



Glass doors lead out to the broad deck, where Adirondack-style lounge chairs beckon you to sit back, relax, and soak in the impressive vistas of the relaxing pond and lush greenery. A 4-seat patio table offers the ideal spot for appreciating alfresco meals or sipping morning coffee as you watch the wildlife go about their day.

The first-floor primary bedroom features a extravagant king bed, a cavernous en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and huge soaker tub, along with private access to the back deck, accepting you to wake up to gorgeous pond vistas each morning. The second bedroom features a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom, while the upstairs loft bedroom offers a queen bed, a twin daybed with trundle, a sitting area, and a private bath that is ideal for families or groups traveling together.
