The Space:

18 Veranda Beach is a modern, thoughtfully decorated, two-story home with a two-car garage, conveniently located on the south end of Fripp Island. Recently modernized 3-bedroom, 3-bath home. Ideal for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Just a short walk to Cabana Club and Wardle's Landing, with Island Bites, Sandbar, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, and more just a short golf cart ride away. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.



The cavernous primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. All 3 bathrooms in this home have a tub shower combo. Also located upstairs is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Full-size washer and dryer in the hallway upstairs. Lastly, the main floor has a 2-queen bedroom with a shared hallway bath for painless access.



Features include refreshed appliances in the freshly remodeled kitchen including a gas stove and a Ninja air fryer. Recently decorated to have a modern vacation home feel, with delicate attention to detail, new beds, furnishings, and baths. Other features include Intelligent TVs in every room (4) along with high-speed wireless internet (this property is streaming only). Propane Bar-B-Que AND fireplace allow you to appreciate the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The 2-car garage has a full-size ping pong table with room to park 1 car on the left side of the garage. Entirely furnished sizable back porch.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
