This is a alluring modern two-story home with a two-car garage, conveniently located on the south end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to Cabana Club and Wardle's Landing, with Island Bites, Sandbar, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, and more just a short golf cart ride away. One king bed and three queen beds allow this property to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Features include ALL updated appliances in the entirely equipped kitchen including a gas stove. Recently decorated to have a modern vacation home feel, with delicate attention to detail, all new beds, furnishings, and baths. Other features include Intelligent TVs in every room (4) along with high-speed WIFI (this property is streaming only). Barbecue AND fireplace allow you to appreciate the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The two-car garage has a full-size ping pong table with room to park two cars inside.
