This very private neighborhood set among the moss-covered oaks offers all the beauty and tranquility you want with expansive vistas of the marsh, Old House Creek, and Fripp Inlet from every room except the front bedroom.

Open floor plan with sizable kitchen, dining, and living area with 55-inch tv offering cable and streaming service. Take in the same vistas from the huge back deck or in the separate Carolina Room furnished with a comfortable seating area, a enormous TV, and a variety of games, puzzles, and books for the entire family to appreciate. Two of the bedrooms also have intelligent TVs so you can savor streaming services.

Outside there is a huge grille, outdoor shower, separate fish cleaning area, and some beach toys supplied by the owner. This home offers painless access to all the activities on Fripp with just a 5-min. golf cart ride.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
