This very private neighborhood, set among the moss-covered oaks, offers all the beauty and tranquility you want, with expansive vistas of the marsh, Old House Creek, and Fripp Inlet from every room except the front bedroom.



Open floor plan with a enormous kitchen, dining, and living area, featuring a 55-inch TV with cable and streaming services. Take in the same vistas from the huge back deck or in the separate Carolina Room furnished with a comfortable seating area, a huge TV, and a variety of games, puzzles, and books for the entire family to appreciate. Two of the bedrooms also have intelligent TVs, so you can savor streaming services.



Outside, there is a sizable grille, an outdoor shower, a separate fish cleaning area, and some beach toys supplied by the owner. This home offers simple access to all the activities on Fripp, just a 5-min. golf cart ride away.



During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural breathtaking beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate family pets.
