This very private neighborhood, set among the moss-covered oaks, offers all the beauty and tranquility you want, with expansive vistas of the marsh, Old House Creek, and Fripp Inlet from every room except the front bedroom.



Open floor plan with a sizable kitchen, dining, and living area, featuring a 55-inch TV with cable and streaming services. Take in the same vistas from the huge back deck or in the separate Carolina Room furnished with a comfortable seating area, a huge TV, and a variety of games, puzzles, and books for the entire family to savor. Two of the bedrooms also have intelligent TVs, so you can appreciate streaming services.



Outside, there is a enormous grille, an outdoor shower, a separate fish cleaning area, and some beach toys included by the owner. This home offers painless access to all the activities on Fripp, just a 5-min. golf cart ride away.



During your stay, take advantage of the supplied 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural spectacular beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate family pets.
