The Space:

608 Newhaven is a freshly modernized, 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5 Bath villa. Located on the North end of Fripp in the handsome village of Newhaven. Conveniently located across the street is OP Bar & Grille, and one of Fripp's two award-winning golf courses, Ocean Point Golf Links. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an ensuite bath and its own flat screen TV. The primary on the main level has a king bed and a huge bathroom with both a shower and a soaking tub. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom (Turtle room) has a queen bed and a twin bed, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king bed and a full bed, with a private bath featuring a tub/shower combo. This property will comfortably sleep 8.



This roomy villa features a sizable eat-in kitchen with tons of seating and an island. The huge array of kitchen gadgets, bake ware, pots, and pans will make cooking as painless as it is at home. Enormous community grilling area in the middle of the courtyard with multiple grilles is a great place to hang out and prepare dinner (grilling silverware in the kitchen). Don't want to prepare? OP Bar & Grille is across the street and is open for breakfast and lunch daily.



The enormous open concept living/family room features plenty of seating. The living room has a 65" LG Intelligent TV with Hargray Cable TV, tons of board games, card games, and puzzles. Ideal for family game nighttime or a rainy day! Features of the property include TVs in all rooms (streaming only in bedrooms, Hargray cable Live TV in the living room), high-speed wireless internet, a full-size washer and dryer, a large open living room, and a dining room next to the kitchen.

The Village of Newhaven is a cozy oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. It has one of the best vistas on Fripp Island as it sits right at the top of Ocean Point. You will appreciate watching marvelous sunsets from the two common-area decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Fripp Inlet. Watch dolphins every morning around 10 am from the private deck! 608 Newhaven is a few short steps to the beach at low tide, and a pool/hot tub is next to the beach access.



Parking is available under the complex in a space marked 608NH or a Guest Spot.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials, such as toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
