The Space:

This comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bath bungalow (with all en-suite baths) is located on the trendy Davis Appreciate Boulevard. Centrally located to the Cabana Club, Marina, and Bonito Boathouse, with a view of the Ocean Creek Golf Course. This home has a TV in each bedroom, as well as the living room, Wi-fi, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a screened-in porch. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs and also has an outdoor charcoal grille. This home overlooks a golf course.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



A golf cart may be rented through Fripp Island Resort Carts.



Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate family pets.
