The Space:

This comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bath bungalow (with all en-suite baths) is located on the trendy Davis Adore Boulevard. Centrally located to the Cabana Club, Marina, and Bonito Boathouse, with a view of the Ocean Creek Golf Course. This home has a T.V. in each bedroom, as well as the living room, Wi-fi, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a screened-in porch. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs and also has an outdoor charcoal grille. This home overlooks a golf course.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



A golf cart may be rented through Fripp Island Resort Carts.



Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate family pets.
