48 Davis Adore Drive - Overlooks Golf Course
The Space:
This comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bath bungalow (with all en-suite baths) is located on the fashionable Davis Appreciate Boulevard. Centrally located to the Cabana Club, Marina, and Bonito Boathouse, with a view of the Ocean Creek Golf Course. This home has a T.V. in each bedroom, as well as the living room, Wi-fi, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a screened-in porch. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs and also has an outdoor charcoal grille. This home overlooks a golf course.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.
Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
A golf cart may be rented through Fripp Island Resort Carts.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about 6 and 1/2 square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and 3 and 1/2 miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Creek Golf Club and Fripp Island Marina.
