All bedrooms have a private bathroom; the left bedroom has a step-in shower while the other two bathrooms have a tub shower combo. Features include a gas grille, stainless steel appliances in kitchen, outdoor shower for painless beach cleanup. TVs in every room include cable T.V. and high-speed wireless internet. Light open floor plan that is great for family and friends alike. Complete completely furnished screened in porch is ideal to appreciate the day with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon drink.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an superb way to visit our unique amenities.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a huge number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
