25 Davis Appreciate is a gorgeous two-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, Atlantic Ocean and Fripp's Handsome Beach, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Cabana Club and so much more. This three-bedroom, three full bath home is ideal for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub shower combo. This bedroom has a private deck overlooking Davis Appreciate Drive. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds in each. Both of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom; the left bedroom has a step-in shower while the other bathroom has a tub shower combo and the laundry room.

Features of the home include stainless steel appliances in kitchen, outdoor shower for painless beach cleanup, and a gas grille in the back yard. There are four TVs in the property, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. This property includes Live TV Cable Television and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. A highlight of this property is the open floor plan that is great for family and friends, with plenty of room to be together. Complete with a furnished screened in porch accepting you to appreciate the low country weather and view in comfort.

The View:
The home is backed up to the Ocean Creek golf course and has a handsome view of the fairways from the screened in porch.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island and an impressive way to visit our unique amenities.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
