From the main living space, savor handsome, expansive vistas of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean. The open-concept main level showcases an refreshed kitchen with modern appliances, tall white cabinetry, and gorgeous water vistas from both the kitchen island and sink. The family room provides a calming space to relax, complete with a flat-screen intelligent TV.



The first floor includes a king bedroom with a TV and access to a modest front deck, along with a full hall bathroom featuring a single vanity and newly modernized walk-in shower, accessible from the entry and living area.



Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms along with convenient laundry access. One bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a freshly updated walk-in shower and single vanity. The hallway includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer for added convenience.



The upstairs primary suite faces the inlet and offers impressive ocean vistas. This roomy getaway includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a extravagant en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

At the back of the home near the inlet, guests will find a sandy area and an island constructed off the garage, providing countless inlet vistas and an ideal setting for outdoor dining and recreation. The patio off the garage includes a six-seat outdoor dining table. The garage is available for guest use and can be accessed from the exterior of the home.



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units), offering convenient transportation around the island. Many guests opt to park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart to discover the island's natural beauty and unique amenities.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
