The home features complimentary wireless internet and an broad deck off the family room with a wall-to-wall sliding glass door system, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. From the main living space, appreciate gorgeous, expansive vistas of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean. The open-concept main level showcases an refreshed kitchen with modern appliances, tall white cabinetry, and impressive water vistas from both the kitchen island and sink. The family room provides a calming space to relax, complete with a flat-screen intelligent TV.



The first floor includes a king bedroom with a TV and access to a modest front deck, along with a full hall bathroom featuring a single vanity and freshly modernized walk-in shower, accessible from the entryway and living area.



Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms along with convenient laundry access. One bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a freshly updated walk-in shower and single vanity. The hallway includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer for added convenience.



The upstairs primary suite faces the inlet and offers striking ocean vistas. This cavernous getaway includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a extravagant en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.



Outdoor living is generous throughout the property, with multiple decks offering comfortable seating to relax and savor the vistas. At the back of the home near the inlet, guests will find a sandy area and an island constructed off the garage, providing countless inlet vistas and an ideal setting for outdoor dining and recreation. The patio off the garage includes a six-seat outdoor dining table. The garage is available for guest use and can be accessed from the exterior of the home.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
