FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for each additional pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to appreciate Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to striking beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, spectacular island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Centre, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where appealing waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort conveniences, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
