The Space:
NEWLY REMODELED + PERFECT LOCATION ON ISLAND
Location Matters! On the creek, across from the ocean, and a short walk to Beach Club and Marina, this home is ideal for families. A enormous backyard and deck are ideal for BBQs, cornhole, fishing off the dock, or sitting around a fire. This freshly refreshed, single-story home requires few steps for kids and grandparents. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms (including a walk-in shower) mean everybody has their own space and a humongous family room for watching movies or sports.
A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural beauty and to visit our unique amenities.
Guest Cards Supplied:
Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.
Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

About the Area
Located in Fripp Island, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Creek Golf Club and Fripp Island Marina. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
