NEWLY REMODELED + PERFECT LOCATION ON ISLAND

Location Matters! On the creek, across from the ocean and a short walk to Beach Club & Marina, this home is ideal for families. A enormous backyard & deck is ideal for bbq's, corn hole and fishing off the dock or sitting around a fire. This freshly refreshed, single story home, requires few steps for kids and grandparents. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including a walk-in shower) means everybody has their own space and a giant family room for watching movies or sports.

A 4 seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an amazing way to visit to our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards, a value of up to $400! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other spectacular wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Hunting Island Lighthouse and Fort Fremont are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Creek Golf Club and Ocean Point Golf Course. Adventure Cove and Coastal Discovery Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
