Welcome to our striking coastal haven, appealingly located at the heart of Fripp Island, promising an memorable vacation getaway. Located along the photogenic shoreline of Fripp Island, our vacation rental beckons you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With beautiful ocean panoramas, modern amenities, and a coveted location, you'll find all the ingredients for an exceptional hideaway.

This newly constructed, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence features broad vistas reaching towards Hilton Head Island from its impressive second and third-story ocean-facing porches. Just a short walk from the direct path to the sandy shores, luxury meets convenience. On the main level, the master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub for added indulgence. Upstairs, three bedrooms await, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The left upstairs bedroom offers a king bed with a master ensuite bathroom, mirroring the luxury of the freestanding tub and walk-in shower. On the right, both bedrooms feature two queen beds with ensuites showcasing walk-in showers and decks with ocean vistas.

Savor moments in our completely equipped luxury kitchen, complete with a 6-burner gas stove, stainless steel refrigerator, and separate drink chiller along with an additional refrigerator in the laundry room. The screened-in porch provides the ideal ambiance for sunset dinners accompanied by ocean vistas.

Conveniences abound, including high-speed internet, six T.V.s, a firepit, a full-size washer/dryer, an additional refrigerator for added convenience, a private garage, an outdoor shower, and much more.

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other spectacular wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Located in Fripp Island, this vacation home is on the beach. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club.
