The upper level features a sizable open concept living area with exceptional ocean vistas.  There is plenty of room for family gatherings, “at-home” meals in the dining room and everything you need is supplied in the light and airy kitchen.  Additional seating is available at the kitchen island.

The primary king suite is also found on this level and offers balcony access and beach vistas, as well as a full ensuite bath.

This amazing property is centrally located just a block from the Beach Club, tennis, pools and more.  And it’s just steps from Beach Access #13.

Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
