Tabby on the Tee is a 3200 square foot home located on Ocean Point Golf Course. This part of the island is less busy and congested accepting you to feel more casual. We currently have no direct neighbors on each side. The home features an exceptional view of the 8th Tee Box through its glorious 9 foot windows in the living area. This home is less than a 5 min. walk to one of the best beaches on the island- beach access #2!
This home is pet friendly but family pets must be disclosed upon rental agreement and a non-returnable pet deposit is required. We are one of the few homes on Fripp Island that has a fenced in backyard- ideal for a dog! FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A enormous entrance entry leads to cathedral ceilings in to the beautiful living room. The living room has brand new White Sand leather furnishings with constructed in recliners, making it a comfortable area to relax after a long day at the beach, pool, or golf course. Living Room also has a 75 inch intelligent TV and soundbar with Hulu live streaming, a portable Sony Stereo system with Bluetooth, and a gas fireplace. A DVD player with movies is also available in the home.
Our kitchen is completely refreshed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new barstools, and is completely outfitted with all the cookware and bakeware that one would need. We have both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
To the side of the kitchen is a constructed in bar which includes all bar glasses and stemware, as well as wine openers, bottle openers, and we do have Margaritaville blender!
Our dining area accommodates a huge 10 person table accepting plenty of room for all family members to sit together for meals- additional dining chairs are stored in the primary bedroom closet.
The Sunroom area also has plenty of comfortable seating with a 65 inch Intelligent TV.
The Primary Suite is on the main level and includes a sizable bathroom with his and hers separate vanities, a tiled walk in shower, and a humongous walk in closet. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed with brand new linens, a 40 inch intelligent TV, new bed side tables and a 6 drawer dresser with mirror. The Primary also has a sliding glass door that leads to the main outdoor back deck with a personal seating area.
Bedroom 2 upstairs offers a king size bed, chest of drawers, 1 nightstand, a 32 inch intelligent TV, and its own personal outdoor balcony equipped with its own outdoor conversation set.
Bedroom 3 upstairs offers a King size bed, a new chest of drawers, 1 nighttime stand, a 32 inch intelligent TV, and also its own personal outdoor balcony equipped with its own outdoor conversation set.
Each bedroom upstairs has its own full private bathroom with a shower and tub.
There is also another queen sized sleeper couch upstairs with an upgraded gel bed.
Basement:
The Basement includes: a full bathroom, bedroom with 3 queen beds and a Queen Size sleeper couch; a TV/gameroom with lounge seating; a second refrigerator. This entire area is entirely enclosed- insulated and with AC/HEAT. Ideal space for kids!
