415 Wahoo Drive is just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Cabana Club, pools, and Ocean Marina. This four-bedroom, four-bath home is ideal for those who want the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The home has a roomy kitchen and is gorgeously furnished with wood floors throughout. The main part of the home contains three bedrooms and three baths. The additional room is separate from the main home, above the garage. It contains two bunk beds and one bath. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people!

In the main home, the primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub and step in shower. The other bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a jack and jill bath with a tub shower combo. Upstairs in the main home, the guest bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub and step in shower. In the additional room, there are 2 bunk beds with twin over full beds and an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. This property is thoughtfully decorated and freshly refreshed with impressive wood floor.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and an additional full-size refrigerator is in the laundry room. The cavernous living and main dining room lead to the screened-in porch, which has added a third eating/sitting area for family and friends. Keurig and drip coffee maker supplied. 5 Roku Intelligent TVs in total; there is a TV in all bedrooms and another in the living room. These TVs are currently streaming only. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home pair with your favorite streaming applications. 5 burner propane grille in the garage, please move it out to the driveway or walkway by front door to use. Right side of garage will usually fit 1 car or golf cart. 2 more spots in the driveway accepting parking for 3 at the property.

1. You will use the code supplied to open the additional room entry door. Upon entering the additional room, you will see a key on the counter. This key will unlock the main part of the home!
2. If you need more spaces to park, Ocean Creek Golf Course is very close, please go in the pro shop and get permission to park there first.
3. The owner golf cart in the garage is NOT for guest use. Please do not use. You are supplied a golf cart through the resort for your rental!
4. No family pets allowed please.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island and an striking way to visit our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, as well as groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other exceptional wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

  • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
