Appreciate an island hideaway in this elegantly landscaped, bespoke-constructed home on a secluded lot set back from the road. With great vistas of the 12th fairway and green on the Ocean Point Golf Links, this home offers modern amenities for a calming stay. Spread out and savor a primary suite on both the upper and lower levels; 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths provide space for up to 10 guests.

You will find a total of 3 bedrooms on the entry-level. The primary bedroom on this level is a queen ensuite with a shower/tub combo. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds, share a shower/tub combo in Jack and Jill style and both have their own ensuite vanity and toilet. This level offers a laundry room and common area with couch, table and chairs and entertainment center. This space opens out to a screened porch overlooking the golf course with plenty of space for the entire family.

The open-concept upper level offers a sizable living room, vaulted ceiling, dining area, and brand new kitchen, ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen with a wine refrigerator is a prepare's delight. Savor meals in the adjacent dining room or out on the upper deck overlooking the golf course. The upper-level master bedroom is a king ensuite with a double vanity and a multi-head spa shower. Also on this level, a peaceful study provides a nice space to get that remote work done, or just slip away to read a book. A convenient half bath between the kitchen and study round out this level.

When you are ready to head out you can choose the short walk to the beach or hop in your 4-seater golf cart (supplied with rental) to discover the Island. You are just mins. from island dining, golf, tennis, the marina, and of course those impressive Fripp beaches!

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
