Step into an open-concept living space filled with natural light and striking vistas of the golf course. The modern kitchen features a enormous island with barstool seating for four, refreshed stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a constructed-in wall oven — ideal for home chefs. Adjacent, the dining room comfortably seats 12, while the outdoor dining area provides seating for eight, making it ideal for gathering with family and friends. Also located on the main level is a bright and cheerful yellow bedroom featuring two queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom. For added convenience, you’ll also find a half bath and a full-size stackable washer and dryer, making it simple to keep up with laundry during your stay.

At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for remote work or journaling about your adventures.

The upper-level features three gorgeously appointed bedrooms. The green master suite includes a king bed, a queen sleeper couch, and a roomy ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, double vanities, and a private toilet room. Step out onto the master’s private deck for gorgeous vistas of the golf course and close by pond—keep an eye out for turtles and even the occasional alligator and appreciate a comfortable bed swing to take in the vistas. The pink bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a balcony, and peaceful ocean vistas. The third upstairs bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, featuring two sets of bunk beds, its own ensuite, and ocean vistas from the balcony.

For entertainment, all 5 TVs in the home are completely functional, mounted flat screen intelligent TVs, streaming-only, accepting you to log in to your favorite platforms and savor a cozy nighttime in. Be sure to take advantage of the widow’s walk, accessible from the second floor—this elevated lookout provides beautiful 180-degree expansive ocean vistas, including Hunting Island, the golf course, the pond, and much of Ocean Point, with comfortable seating.
