Quiet end-unit villa overlooking active tidal creek. Conveniently located at mid-Island, the villa is set back from Tarpon Blvd. Adjacent to the Racquet Club and across the street from the Ocean Club, you can be in the middle of it all in moments. With fast access to the Olympic and other pools, dining, shopping and the beach, the fun begins right away.  Take the 4-passenger electric golf cart, supplied, and discover both ends of the island to find golf, the marina, the beach and many otheractivities.  As you relax on the back deck, breathe in the serenity of the marsh that is just out the back door. 
This one-bedroom loft villa sleeps four.  On the main floor, the living room is a peaceful getaway for reading, TV or great conversations.  The dining area has marvelous light and painless access to the galley kitchen and laundry closet.  Have guests or someone sleeping on the queen pullout couch. The main floor also has a full bathroom with tub/shower.  Up the spiral staircase in the loft, the open-air king bedroom is adjoined by a full bath with a whirlpool tub.  
FAMILY FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, stores, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities.

Amenity Club Cards are available for purchase that will give you access to all Eateries, Pools, Gym, Golfing and Tennis.   Golf Carts are the main means of transportation on the island and one will be supplied with your stay.
 
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
