Ideally located near Ocean Creek Golf Course, the Marina, and Bonito Boathouse, this inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it the ideal getaway for families or groups looking to savor Fripp Island’s many amenities.

The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee maker. The open-concept floor plan accepts the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating an ideal space for gathering and entertaining.

The main level features two bedrooms, each offering two queen-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and single vanities. Both bedrooms also have access to private decks overlooking the driveway. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located near the kitchen bedroom in the bathroom out of the way.
Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and access to a private deck overlooking the driveway. An additional queen bedroom is also located upstairs and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Appreciate outdoor living on the screened-in porch with rocking chairs, ideal for calming after a day of island adventures. Additional outdoor amenities include wireless internet, a charcoal grille, and an outdoor shower—ideal for painless beach clean-up.

A 4 seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an charming way to visit our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
