The Space:

Feel the appeal of Fripp Island at 38 Davis Adore, a enchanting four-bedroom, three-bath golf bungalow located in the heart of the island. Ideally located near Ocean Creek Golf Course, the Marina, and Bonito Boathouse, this inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it the ideal getaway for families or groups looking to savor Fripp Island’s many amenities.



The kitchen is well-equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The open-concept floor plan accepts the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating an ideal space for gathering and entertaining.



The main level features two bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a single vanity. Both bedrooms also have access to private decks overlooking the driveway. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located near the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, out of the way.



Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and access to a private deck overlooking the driveway. An additional queen bedroom is also located upstairs and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.



Savor outdoor living on the screened-in porch with rocking chairs, ideal for calming after a day of island adventures. Additional outdoor amenities include wireless internet, a charcoal grille, and an outdoor shower—ideal for painless beach clean-up.



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural beauty and to visit our unique amenities.



Guest Cards Supplied:

Also supplied in your rental are up to 12 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
