That same view awaits you in the kitchen, den, sunroom and master bedroom suite. The cavernous kitchen has granite counter tops and two sink areas for ease in entertaining. Just off the kitchen, there is a comfortable den with fireplace and a queen Murphy bed. It opens onto an enclosed sunroom that looks out over the ocean and back toward Hunting Island.
The master bedroom suite has sliders out to its own deck area. Both other bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The sizable utility room has sink, washer, dryer, secondary frig, freezer and dumbwaiter from ground level
This huge home has room for up to 8 guests.  The main open concept living space accommodates the entire group plus guests.  The kids can take advantage of the den to stream their own shows or play video games.

Strategies to get the very best rental home experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To find the best value, try shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Many property management companies supply Beaufort, SC area visitor guide magazines which will include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, SC area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Planning, selecting, and booking a perfect Beaufort, SC vacation home:

  • Begin by choosing trip dates and a budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. New rental, golf cart included, club cards available - 469 Porpoise Circle has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Beaufort, SC rentals search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is commonly accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, call the property owner before you book the vacation home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
  • Is your family looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about allowable pet guidelines before booking.

Have a great stay:

  • Add the owner's information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • During arrival, document any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect your property!
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
