The home features an open-concept floor plan with handsome ocean vistas, a state-of-the-art gourmet chef kitchen, a enormous quartz island with bar stools, a huge dining table, and a striking living area with plenty of seating for the whole family. The living room also includes a wall-mounted 65-inch T.V.. Just off the living area is the beach-side balcony, complete with a dining table for appreciating dinner from the grille.
