The extravagant remodel was professionally designed by an award-winning interior design team, and the unit was freshly filmed to be featured on a trendy network T.V. show! The home features an open-concept floor plan with striking ocean vistas, a state-of-the-art gourmet chef's kitchen, a enormous quartz island with bar stools, a sizable dining table, and a gorgeous living area with plenty of seating for the whole family. The living room also includes a wall-mounted 65-inch TV. Just off the living area is the beach-side balcony, complete with a dining table for appreciating dinner from the grille.

The adorable kids' room features bespoke constructed-in luxury bunk beds, with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top, along with a constructed-in closet. This room also includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
