The opulent remodel was professionally designed by an award-winning interior design team, and the unit was newly filmed to be featured on a fashionable network TV show! The home features an open-concept floor plan with gorgeous ocean vistas, a state-of-the-art gourmet chef's kitchen, a huge quartz island with bar stools, a sizable dining table, and a striking living area with plenty of seating for the whole family. The living room also includes a wall-mounted 65-inch T.V.. Just off the living area is the beach-side balcony, complete with a dining table for appreciating dinner from the grille.
