The upper level open-concept living, dining and kitchen is roomy and has plenty of seating for your entire group.  The refreshed kitchen is completely equipped with everything you might need for cooking and dining. The entire home has been newly painted and decorated in cheerful colors. Your rental includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV in both living rooms, a DVR upstairs, VCR downstairs, a fireplace, a Weber grille, a propane grille, an outdoor shower, and beach towels for your convenience.
Also on the upper level you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and full ensuite.  You will adore the ocean vistas and deck access.  The deck is the ideal spot for sunbathing or an afternoon nap in the hammock.  The screened in porch is ideal for morning coffee or dining alfresco.
Also on the upper level is a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full ensuite.
The garden level features a second sizable living room with a TV, DVD player, and VCR, along with three daybeds (plus a trundle) and a half bath. Two king bedrooms share a freshly remodeled bathroom and open onto a private patio with vistas of the dunes leading to the ocean.
A 4-seat golf cart is supplied, accepting you to discover the island and savor the resort amenities. Many guests choose to park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their main mode of transportation for a laid-back island experience.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
