This roomy home with an open floor plan has room for everybody to relax! 3.5 baths, make this home a ideal choice for your family vacation.

Downstairs sleeps 9: 1 bedroom with a full and twin bed, the sitting/game room has a queen Murphy bed that stays open, 2 queen sleeper couches, TV, and pool table.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 8, 1 king with a twin daybed and trundle, with an en-suite bath, and 2 queen bedrooms. There is a huge living room with a TV, plenty of seating, and doors that open to the 3/4 wrap-around deck.

Outside seating, dining table with umbrella, and gas grille. The breeze from the ocean on the deck is excellent! Plenty of parking in the driveway and a 2 car garage.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island and an enchanting way to visit to our unique amenities.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
