Welcome to Frippin Graytful!  This delightful island home is close to the beach and all the amenities Fripp has to offer.  Located in a peaceful area of the island, this property is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a peaceful setting.

As you enter the home, you’ll discover an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, ideal for gathering with family and friends.  Cozy furnishings and an refreshed kitchen add to the appeal of this island home.  The kitchen has everything you need for “home cooked” meals and there is also a dining table on the screened porch for alfresco meals.

This island property has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to accommodate up to 8 guests.  The primary offers a king bed along with a full ensuite.  Two additional guest rooms include a queen room and a bunk room that sleeps 4 with a shared bath.  All well appointed and ready for your beach vacation.

When you’re ready to head out and discover, hop in the supplied golf cart to see the wonder of the island.  Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary and a designated Important Bird Area.  You will be really amazed at the deer, seabirds and so much more.  Tootle around in the 4 seat electric golf cart supplied with the rental and visit the marina, the Audubon Trail; and, of course, head to the beach for an gorgeous day on the sand!

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
