This uniquely designed, well-lived-in, octagonal home is one of the Island's original homes. Beachfront and immediately adjacent to the fashionable and beautiful beach access #12, this is one of the most convenient locations on the Island.

Within painless walking distance, the close by Beach Club offers gorgeous swimming pools, eating establishments like Island Bites and the Beach Club, and Sandbar along with tennis and pickleball courts. This home is ideal for huge family groups and get-togethers, one of the few homes on the Island that can sleep up to 20 guests in the 17 beds. The roomy open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen area upstairs accepts everybody in the group to be together for meals and fun. Nature surrounded boardwalk leads down to a marsh and then the beach.

Features include two fridges, plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen, a double oven, a completely-furnished screened-in porch, high-speed internet, and cable. Both living rooms have a 32" intelligent TV with cable. Streaming only in bedrooms. The second living room on the first floor (den) is complete with 2nd refrigerator and foosball table. Outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. Private boardwalk leading to the main boardwalk.

The View:
Great view of the beach and the marshland that surrounds the boardwalk from the deck. The boardwalk is directly next to the home and leads down to the beach and a modest marshland/lake.

This home is dog-friendly with approval and a pet fee!

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an amazing way to visit to our unique amenities.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 20 guest cards, a value of up to $1000! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other striking wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is on the beach. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fripp Island Beach and Sunset View Park. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Get the best value:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
• Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
