This uniquely designed, well-lived-in, octagonal home is one of the Island's original homes. Beachfront and immediately adjacent to the trendy and gorgeous beach access #12, this is one of the most convenient locations on the Island.

Within simple walking distance, the close by Beach Club offers striking swimming pools, eating establishments like Island Bites and the Beach Club, and Sandbar along with tennis and pickleball courts. This home is ideal for sizable family groups and get-togethers, one of the few homes on the Island that can sleep up to 20 guests in the 17 beds. The roomy open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen area upstairs accepts everybody in the group to be together for meals and fun. Nature surrounded boardwalk leads down to a marsh and then the beach.

Features include two fridges, plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen, a double oven, a completely-furnished screened-in porch, high-speed internet, and cable. Both living rooms have a 32" intelligent TV with cable. Streaming only in bedrooms. The second living room on the first floor (den) is complete with 2nd refrigerator and foosball table. Outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. Private boardwalk leading to the main boardwalk.

The View:
Great view of the beach and the marshland that surrounds the boardwalk from the deck. The boardwalk is directly next to the home and leads down to the beach and a modest marshland/lake.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is on the beach. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Fort Fremont are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum.
