Just a short walk or golf cart ride away, you'll find the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Creek Golf Clubhouse and driving range, Cabana Club, Ocean Marina, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, and many of the island's most trendy attractions. Whether you're spending the day at the beach, playing a round of golf, fishing, cycling, or simply calming, you'll appreciate this convenient location.

The main home features three bedrooms and three full baths. Upstairs, the second primary suite offers a king bed, a twin sleeper couch, and a private bath. The main-floor primary suite also features a king bed and private bath. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and simple access to a full hall bath.

Above the garage, you'll find a separate additional suite that is ideal for grandparents, teens, or anyone wanting a little additional privacy. This space includes a queen bed, full-size sleeper couch, full bath, walk-in closet, and a convenient kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and mini refrigerator.

The cavernous living and dining areas provide plenty of room for everybody to gather, while the screened porch overlooking the golf course is the ideal place to appreciate your morning coffee or relax after a day of island adventures. The home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests.

For your convenience, the home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Intelligent TVs, a propane grille, beach chairs, a beach wagon, bicycles, a Pack 'n Play, infant gate, and a dog kennel. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, and designated grass parking areas.

One of the things guests appreciate most about Fripp Island is the opportunity to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty of this private, gated island. Spend your days relaxing on uncrowded beaches, spotting deer and coastal wildlife, cycling beneath moss-draped oaks, or exploring the island by golf cart. It's the ideal setting for making family memories that will last a lifetime.

Two golf carts are supplied for guest use and should be charged each nighttime and left plugged in at the end of your stay. South Carolina law requires golf cart drivers to hold a valid driver's license. Guests will be required to sign a Golf Cart Agreement.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a second pet. An additional $300 fee will be charged for guests that arrive with a dog that has not been approved in advance.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and are available for purchase with this property. If you choose to purchase club cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning costs, and other charges will be added, along with the cost of the individual Club cards (card costs vary based on length of stay and time of year).

**Fripp Island Club Guest Cards Fripp Island Club Guest cards are required for EACH guest 13 years or older when accessing a Fripp Island Club conveniences. Kids 12 and under do not need a card, but must be accompanied by an adult with a Club Guest Card. All adults will be asked to show a Club Guest Card when accessing a Fripp Island Club luxury. Be sure to carry them with you!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
