Centrally located, just a short golf cart ride away from Island Bites, the Beach Club, Sandbar, Olympic size pool, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse and much more. The huge back wraparound deck was rebuilt in 2026 and provides a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. 446 Tarpon comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.

With a freshly refreshed bathroom and wraparound deck, 446 Tarpon is a pretty beachfront home ideal for appreciating all Fripp Island has to offer. There are 2 bedrooms located on the 1st floor, the primary has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with an identical bed setup as the 1st floor. All 4 bedrooms have their own private en suite full bathrooms. The queen bedrooms have a tub/shower combo, while the king bedrooms have a shower. New carpet upstairs refreshed in 2025! The kitchen, living and dining room offer a wide-open great room that accepts plenty of space and room to breathe. The kitchen has granite countertops and an island, with a 2nd sink and an undercounter ice maker. The great room has a 180-degree view of the ocean and beach that will take your breath away.

Features of this home include a gas grille, gourmet kitchen. standalone ice maker and loft area with access to the bedroom's balcony. 6 TVs with Amazon Firesticks and high-speed WIFI allow you to access your favorite streaming apps with ease. YouTube TV is also included with the home, accepting access to quality live tv comparable to cable. The enormous deck wraps around the home and was rebuilt in 2026 and furnished with new furnishings. With plenty of room to socialize, the deck leads down to a private boardwalk accepting you to comfortably access the beach. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is located on the 1st floor. The carport has a patio area with a propane grille, and 2 outdoor showers for painless beach cleanup.
