This four bedroom, four bath home is ideal for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's striking beach. Centrally located, just a short golf cart ride away is Island Bites, the Beach Club, Sandbar, Olympic size pool, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse and much more. The huge back deck provides a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.

2 bedrooms located on the first floor, 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with the same bed setup. All 4 bedrooms have their own private en suite full bathrooms. The queen bedrooms have a tub/shower combo, while the king bedrooms have a shower. New carpet refreshed in 2025! The kitchen and living room offer a wide-open floor plan with granite countertops and an island. 180-degree view of the ocean and beach from this area will take your breath away.

Features include a gas grille, gourmet kitchen. standalone ice maker and loft area to give you the amenities of home in a resort environment. 6 TVs with Amazon Firesticks and high-speed WIFI allow you to access your favorite streaming apps with ease. YouTube TV is also supplied to allow access to quality live tv comparable to cable. The enormous deck wraps around the home and was stained in 2024 and furnished with new furnishings. With plenty of room to socialize, the deck leads down to a private boardwalk accepting you to effortlessly access the beach. The laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the first floor.

Each bedroom offers a deck with a great view of the ocean and beach. The back of the home has a expansive view of the ocean through the sizable windows and sliding glass doors, really surrounding you with the ocean. One of the best vistas on the island!

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
