The Space:

There are numerous special seating rooms and covered porches to take in the serenity. Just steps away is the Pool, Beach Access, Ocean Point Golf Course, and OP Bar & Grille. This home will comfortably accommodate 15 people and is now dog-friendly! The ideal vacation home for a whole family hideaway.



The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a fireplace, and a freshly remodeled en suite bath with a walk-in shower and a jetted hottub tub. All other full bathrooms have a tub/shower combo, making this home ideal for multiple families. The kitchen and main living room, laundry room, and one-half bath are also located on this floor. The living room has high ceilings and plenty of space to hang out, with a huge open floor plan that flows into the kitchen.



The second floor has two bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms, along with an office and a sitting area. The bedroom to the left of the stairs has a private balcony and a cavernous living space.

The third floor, known as the Bunk Room, has three sets of bunk beds with full-size beds on the bottom of each (twins on top). This room is enormous and has an en suite bath, private balcony, and an Xbox and Sony PlayStation for entertainment.



All bedrooms and the living room have Roku intelligent TVs with your favorite streaming apps and high-speed wireless internet. This property is currently streaming only. The property has tasteful art pieces throughout and sizable windows in each bedroom overlooking the ocean. In the living room, the back wall has wide windows that offer a great view of the ocean. Gorgeous wood floors throughout the home. The back deck has plenty of seating with an spectacular view, a 6-burner propane grille, and direct access to the kitchen. The right side of the garage only is available for your use. Last but not least, the deck directly in front of the ocean is a highlight of this striking property. Unwind in the recliners with the ocean just a few steps away at high tide.



The View:

This Ocean Point Lane home is backed directly to the ocean, offering a expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean from ALL bedrooms. It is really one of the best vistas on the island. At low tide, the beach is accessible just steps away from your back porch.



A four-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural breathtaking beauty.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
