24 Sea Mist is a handsome two-story home that is ideal for guests looking to take full advantage of Fripp Island’s many amenities. Ideally located just a short walk from the Cabana Club, Activity Center, and Camp Fripp, this newly refreshed home offers both comfort and convenience.

The home features complimentary wireless internet and an additional-enormous deck off the family room with a wall-to-wall sliding glass door system, accepting for striking, expanded vistas of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean from the living space. The open floor plan on the main level showcases a brand-new kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, tall white cabinetry, and impressive Blue Bahia granite countertops, along with a Keurig coffee maker. Appreciate calming evenings in the modernized family room with a 60-inch flat-screen intelligent TV—no noisy dishwasher to interrupt your relaxation.

The main level is finished with plank porcelain tile that resembles driftwood, while new carpet has been installed in all bedrooms. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with a TV and access to a modest front deck. A full hall bathroom features a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and convenient laundry access. One bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. The hallway includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer.

The primary suite is located upstairs and faces the inlet, offering gorgeous ocean vistas. This roomy getaway features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a opulent en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and soaking tub.

The home also features seating on the decks for calming and appreciating the vistas. At the back of the home, near the inlet, there is a sandy area with a grille, ideal for outdoor fun and dining. The garage is available for guest use and can be accessed from the exterior of the home.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island and an charming way to visit to our unique amenities.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
