Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, Activity Center, and Camp Fripp! Recently remodeled, features include complimentary internet, an additional enormous deck off the family room featuring a wall to wall sliding glass door system, accepting an expanded beautiful view of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean from the family room. Appreciate the opened floor plan on first floor with state of the art appliances in the new kitchen with tall white cabinets and blue Bahia granite, featuring Keurig coffee maker. No noisy dishwasher sounds while watching the new 60' flat screen intelligent TV in the modernized family room. Plank porcelain tile has been installed on first level that looks like driftwood! New carpet in all bedrooms.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation.
