Ascending the stairs and through the front door, you're welcomed into the heart of coastal comfort and relaxation at 332 Ocean Point. This cavernous abode seamlessly blends golf course living with the appeal of oceanside living, offering a calming getaway for families and friends alike.



The main level of the home greets you with a roomy kitchen area overlooking a well-appointed living room, creating the ideal space for gathering and entertaining. Whether you're whipping up a seafood feast or simply appreciating a morning cup of coffee, the kitchen provides all the amenities you need for effortless culinary endeavors.

THE MAIN LEVEL HAS 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS: the front bedroom on the main level beckons with a comfortable queen bed and offers direct access to the hall bath, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests. The master bedroom, located at the rear of the home, offers a extravagant sanctuary complete with a king bed, deck access with a handsome view of the first fairway, and an en-suite bath. Step onto the deck and breathe in the salty sea air as you soak in vistas of the golf course and lush surroundings. There is also a convenient queen sized sleeper couch in the living room for additional guests.



THE UPSTAIRS HAS 3 BEDROOMS and 1.5 BATHROOMS: A master bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and a private balcony with striking vistas of the golf course and glimpses of the ocean. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a unique Jack and Jill bathroom with two toilets and access to one shower from both sides.  One side is an en suite bathroom to the upstairs master bedroom.   The other side is accessible by the other two bedrooms. The third room has 2 bunkbeds with full size beds and a modest sleeper couch, this is a great room for kids, teenagers and golf foursomes.
