The Space:
702 Whiting offers the best of all worlds! This exceptional second-row home features ocean vistas, is directly across from beach access, and is centrally located on the island near Fripp’s best beach area and all island amenities.
Savor your private pool getaway, complete with a cabana and outdoor TV—ideal for calming or entertaining family and friends. The private pool is professionally serviced weekly to ensure it remains shining clean and ready for your enjoyment throughout your stay. Inside, the attractively appointed home features an open-concept floor plan, a soaring vaulted ceiling above the great room, and a loft that overlooks the main living area, creating a bright and roomy ambiance. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, there's ample space for families and groups to relax comfortably. The home is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 72°F or higher, providing a pleasant indoor getaway that complements the island's warm coastal climate.
The main level includes two bedrooms, a half bath, the kitchen, dining area, and a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen offers ample cabinet space and refreshed appliances, including a wall oven and two islands, one with a constructed-in cooktop. For added convenience, there is also an additional refrigerator in the laundry area. Both the dining room and living room feature sliding glass doors that open onto the wraparound porch, providing simple access to ocean vistas and outdoor living. The living room includes a huge sectional and a big-screen TV above the fireplace—ideal for movie nights or relaxing together. The main-level sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with deck access and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting to a bedroom with twin bunk beds and a trundle. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, a loft area, and more entertainment space. The loft features a futon and TV for added flexibility. Across the hall is a queen bedroom with a TV and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms upstairs offer private en-suite bathrooms. One features a king bed, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, a double vanity, and private deck access. The other offers two queen beds, a TV, deck access, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
Additional highlights include interior access to the garage, ample parking, and a wraparound porch with a cavernous deck—ideal for sunbathing, entertaining, or appreciating ocean breezes.
A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an superb way to visit to our unique amenities.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
